• Terms of Sale – Inspected Equipment With 24-Month Warranty

  All tractors and machinery listed for sale on our website are professionally inspected by Rusty Machinery prior to being offered for purchase. Each item undergoes a detailed mechanical and functional assessment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  Rusty Machinery provides a 24-month limited warranty on all machines sold, covering major mechanical components unless stated otherwise in writing. This warranty is designed to give buyers confidence and peace of mind when purchasing used equipment.

  Beyond the protection offered by our 24-month warranty, we work hard to ensure you never need to leave the comfort of your couch to verify an item’s condition. Every tractor and machine is thoroughly inspected, tested, and documented by our team so you can buy with confidence. You are fully covered by Rusty Machinery, and we take every step necessary to ensure each item is delivered in excellent working condition.

  Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rusty Machinery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages—including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data—arising from or related to the purchase or use of any item, whether based on contract, negligence, or other legal grounds.

  Maximum Liability

  In any case, the total liability of Rusty Machinery for any claims, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the item and any related services.

• Payment Terms

  Accepted Payment Method

  Payment must be made via bank wire transfer. All transfers must be fully cleared by our bank before the item is released for delivery or pickup.

  • The full purchase price must be paid prior to delivery or shipment.

  • International buyers are responsible for any bank fees, transfer charges, or other costs associated with sending international payments (including fees charged by intermediary banks or currency exchange).

  Payment Deadline

  The full amount stated on the invoice must be paid no later than 4:00 (PM) on the second business day following the confirmed purchase.

  Failure to make payment by this deadline will result in the following:

  • Forfeiture of all rights to the item

  • A default fee of 15% of the total purchase price

  • Potential storage fees, if applicable

  • In case the item is resold at a lower price, the buyer will be liable for the difference between the original and resale price

  Additional Terms

  • The buyer agrees to cover all costs related to any collection efforts, including legal fees and court costs, unless otherwise restricted by law.

  • The buyer may not withhold payment or apply any offset due to disputes or claims relating to the item, delivery, or other issues. All payments are due in full, regardless of such circumstances.
